Job Title: Hospitality Administrator

Job Summary: Zamar Springs Gardens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospitality Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting the overall operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reservations Management: Manage room reservations and bookings, including processing payments and updating booking systems.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guests, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing events and functions, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing, invoicing, and processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any issues or needs promptly and courteously.
- Team Support: Assist other team members with various tasks and provide support where needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience of a minimum two (2) years in hospitality administration or administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales/marketing, in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with front desk operations, reservation systems, and basic accounting principles.
- Attributes: Ability to multitask, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.

- Fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring adaptability and quick thinking.
- Interaction with guests and staff, requiring excellent communication skills.
